This project is row house 4 m. width renovation and structural stabilization because the building is 35 years old and has rusty problem inside beams, floor slabs and column. The owner want to invest as one floor apartment about 4 apartments including roof top floor meanwhile the ground floor and mezzanine floor use for coffee shop and small office rented. Due to building 4 m. width, the designer has to divide two entrances separately for commercial zone and apartment zone. All facilities have to consider as separate renters.  The total building area is 320 Sq.M.
